By accessing or using Menuese, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you use Menuese on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

Terms of Service
Last updated: April 4, 2026. These terms define your rights and responsibilities when using Menuese, including billing, credits, AI features, and account use.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for account credentials, invited user permissions, and activity under your account. You must keep access credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
Service Usage
You may use Menuese only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, or upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.
Billing and Credits
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, credit allocations, and limits are shown in-product or at checkout. AI credits are consumed when AI features are used. Purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Plan Changes
You may cancel at any time through the billing interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified. Downgrades, upgrades, and reactivations may affect available credits and feature access.
Customer Content and Responsibility
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Menuese a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
AI-Generated Output
AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated text, translations, categorization, and images before publishing.
Availability, Changes, and Beta Features
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta functionality, at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
Menuese and related software, branding, and materials are owned by Menuese or licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the platform.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuese is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you for Menuese during the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Menuese harmless from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Menuese at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, fraud risk, abuse, or legal requirements.
Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Menuese is established, and disputes are resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
